It is possible to assist in the cheese making process in the mornings (except sunday mornings) by asking Albert ; it will cost 3€ for the "laboratory suit" in order to go in and look...(3€ per pers more than 12 years old)
and at afternoon milking around 5.30pm-6.00pm.
