Destination Excellence 

We are in the process of being labelled Destination Excellence.

Since May 2024, the Destination Excellence label replaces the Quality Tourism brand.

Destination d'Excellence aims to strengthen quality throughout the tourist offer: accommodation, restaurants, places of visits or leisure, tourist information sites (including tourist offices), transport.

In addition to the quality of reception and services that drives the sector, this label will strengthen the level of eco-responsibility requirements.

Tourist office classified category II

We are a category II tourist office.

The classification of tourist offices in France in categories I and II is a system set up to assess the quality of services offered to visitors. This classification is assigned by the state, according to strict criteria, in order to guarantee a certain level of service and reception in the tourist offices.

Toutourisme®

We have been Toutourisme® since June 2024.

A voluntary approach of the Tourist Offices that allows to personalize and enhance the welcome and information of pet owners in a city or a tourist site.

Toutourisme® encourages pet owners and the general public to live together.

If you go to Cordon Tourisme you will find:

• A bowl of water (or «Toutou bar») made available for your puppy
• A welcome pack is offered to you including: a cleaning bag, the magazine 30 million friends (digital version), a bag of croquettes, the guide toutourisme®
• This Toutourisme® guide lists all the good addresses where your dog is accepted, as well as our recommendations on good practices to have in our territory

Accueil vélo

We have been certified as Accueil Vélo since 2020.

Home Vélo is a national brand that guarantees quality service and hospitality along the bike routes for cyclists on the move.

Home Bike, this is the guarantee for the cyclist of an establishment:

• Located less than 5 km from a bike route
• With equipment suitable for cyclists: secure bike shelter, repair kit
• With a warm welcome (practical information, tips, routes, weather etc...)
• Who provides services dedicated to bicycle travelers: luggage transfer, laundry and drying, bike rental and washing

Flocon Vert

Le Flocon Vert is a certification process that guarantees the sustainable commitment of mountain tourist destinations. This approach is developed by the Mountain Riders association to accompany the territories in their transition and give mountain lovers a clear vision of the tourist destinations involved.
